SEATTLE - Power was restored to 2,947 City Light customers just before 9 a.m. this morning. The outage began about 5:40 a.m. when a cross arm at the top of a pole broke. Crews had to investigate the problem while making their way through thick fog. The boundaries of the outage were:
North: N 205th St
South: N 155th St
East: Aurora Ave N
West: 14th Av NW
