Work Will Replace Transformers with PCBs
SEATTLE - Seattle City Light maintenance crews will replace about 20 underground transformers in the Blueridge neighborhood Thursday, Nov. 6. The replacements will take out and replace old transformers.
About 100 customers will be affected by the work, which is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. and last until 3:30 p.m.
The work will be performed in two areas of the Blueridge neighborhood. The general boundaries of the first area are lower Blueridge Drive NW from Puget Sound southeast to NW 99th Street then west on 99th Street to Puget Sound. The second is a 10-block area from 21st Avenue NW to 24th Avenue NW between NW 99th Street and to NW 95th Street.
All affected customers have been notified by mail.
