Power outage in South Seattle
SEATTLE - A power outage is affecting 3,724 customers in the Rainier Beach and Skyway neighborhoods. The cause of the outage is an equipment failure. Seattle City Light has a crew on site making repairs. The outage was first reported at 10:45 a.m. and it’s estimated that power will be restored about 3 p.m.
The boundaries of the outage are:
On the north, S Ryan St.; on the south, S 135th St; on the east, Rainier Av S; and on the west, 53rd Av South.
Not all customers within these boundaries have lost power.
