SEATTLE - Power was quickly restored to 2,433 customers in north Seattle following a failure of a cable. The outage began just after 9:30 p.m. and was restored just after 10 p.m. The boundaries were:
North: N 137th St
South: N 109th St
East 28th Av NE
West: Palatine Av N
