SEATTLE -- Seattle City Light crews restored power to all customers in the Northgate area shortly before 5 p.m. this afternoon. The outage began at 12:12 p.m., when just over 2500 customers lost power, including about half of Northgate Mall. In less than ten minutes, City Light was able to restore power to about 1500 customers, but the remaining 1079 had to wait until additional repairs were completed.
