Power Restored in the Lake City Area
Falling tree caused outage for about 4,400 customers
SEATTLE - A tree that fell into a 26 Kilovolt mainstem line at 110th Street and Lake City Way was the cause of a power outage that disrupted electric service to approximately 4,400 customers.
The loss of power was first reported about 8:45 a.m. Crews identified the problem and restored service to all customers by 9:50 a.m.
The boundaries of the power outage were on the North, NE 125th St.; on the South, NE 92nd St.; on the East, 34th Ave NE and on the West, Fremont Ave. N. Not all customers within these boundaries were affected by the outage.
