Update - Lake City and Shoreline Power Outages
SEATTLE - The outage this morning in the Lake City-Shoreline areas has been fixed. The cause of the loss of power was due to a piece of equipment that failed. The outage was first reported at 7:45 a.m. and affected 5,900 customers. City Light crews were able to isolate the broken equipment and get 95 percent of customers back on line around 10:15 a.m. The final customers were restored power after the broken equipment was replaced at 12:30 p.m.
