- Critical Infrastructure - Hospitals, sewage treatment plants, nursing homes
- Main distribution backbone - main distribution feeder aka main stem
- Largest customer count - i.e. the greatest number of outages restored
- Nested outages - an outage within an outage
- Outage duration - all things equal, customer out longest restored first

- All of 200 Code 1 customers - those are customers who have self-identified to us that they are on a medical support system were contacted.
- Employees have been out in the neighborhoods since Saturday morning distributing leaflets - so far, 20,000 leaflets - including safety information and locations of shelters. We are out again today.
