City Light Advisory Board sets Meeting Schedule
SEATTLE - The Seattle City Light Advisory Board has set its 2003 schedule of
meetings. The six-member independent advisory board was appointed earlier this
year to advise the Mayor, the City Council and the City-owned energy utility on
strategy and policy direction.
At its upcoming meetings, the board will host a series of briefings organized
by various City Light divisions, including presentations on generation,
distribution, customer service, power marketing, and finance and administration.
The board also will hear in depth presentations on the utility's power resources
strategy, financial strategy, the regulatory and industry environment,
organization and staffing, and the environment and conservation.
The board's meeting schedule is as follows (all meetings except the first are
in Seattle; the City Hall Boards/Commissions room is in the new City Hall):
- June 17, 1:30 p.m.

City Light Advisory Board members serve three-year terms. Of the six board
members, three are appointed by the Mayor and three are appointed by the City
Council.
