SEATTLE — City Light crews have restored power to all but one customer in the Beacon Hill area of Seattle. The outage started about 3:25 a.m. A down wire caused the outage to about 2,388 customers.
The general boundaries of the outage were S. Charles Street to the north, S. Bradford St. to the south, 21st Ave. S. to the east and 5th Ave. S. to the west. Not all customers in that area were affected.
