Seattle City Light is in the process of an organizational re-design. The overall purpose of the reorganization is to transform Seattle City Light into a high-performance organization dedicated to customer satisfaction, employee growth and operational excellence. Our specific goals are to:
- Improve lines of communication across the utility
- Promote teamwork across disciplines
- Promote clear lines of accountability
- Delegate decision-making authority and accountability
All of this will result in improved customer service, better stewardship of our physical and human assets and stronger financial performance.

Customer Service & Energy Delivery - Responsible for managing activities related to the delivery of our product to our customers, including all power distribution, account and customer services, and the System Control Center. (
