Water Conservation Services

In conjunction with Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), the BUILT SMART program offers a water efficiency consultation. These services are included to help the builder save money during the construction and landscaping phase of the project and help the owner save money once the building is completed. Upon signing the BUILT SMART agreement, if appropriate, you will be contacted by an SPU water representative to assist you in meeting your water conservation needs.
