Increased safety: 77 volunteers delivered 1706 energy efficient compact fluroscent bulbs to their neighbors. Another 1500 bulbs were delivered to the High Point housing community. Energy savings from these light bulbs helped the project exceed its savings goals by 232%.
188 households received home energy audits to find ways to save resources and lower their utility bills.
110 multifamily and 24 single family units were weatherized.
Energy efficient lighting was installed in 57 small businesses.
100 showerheads and 339 aerators were installed to conserve water.
Nearly $60,000 was saved on utility bills.
An artistic performance by Sealth High School students on energy conservation sustainability and environmental justice issues was organized.
