Investing in energy efficiency can help your business improve its performance, lower operating costs, and reduce its environmental impact. City Light can help you offset project audit, installation, and equipment costs with financial incentives.

Financial incentives for your specific needs:

Simple Rebates make for fast and easy projects using qualified technologies and products.

Standard Incentives are commonly offered for standard HVAC, mechanical, and lighting upgrades through a streamlined process.

Custom Incentives are designed for areas not covered by simple or standard incentives, and are tailored to the specific needs of large or complex efficiency projects where energy savings are eligible for customized, calculated incentives. Examples of custom incentives include:

Variable frequency drives Transformers
Lighting Building envelope improvements
Controls Building commissioning and automation
Air compressor upgrades Industrial process improvements
