BPA Pass-Through Including Network Rates and Lighting, Pole Attachment and Duct / Vault Rates Effective March 1, 2002
These tables cover the rate increase that was adopted by
the Seattle City Council in May 2001 to pass through increases in power rates charged
by the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), as authorized by SMC 21.49.081. These
rates took effect October 1, 2001 and March 1, 2002. For more information, refer
