You can pay your bill online, using a VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card, or an e-check. You will need your utility bill and the following information to complete the transaction.
- Account Number
- Last Name of the Account Holder
- For commercial customers, the last name is usually the entire company name.
This is a secure transaction conducted through the City of Seattle’s partner, Link2Gov, Corporation.
Payment facts
- There are no transaction service fees with this application.
- Payments made after 5:30 p.m. PT on normal business days will be posted to the utility account within not less than 3 business days.
- Payments are posted on normal business days. This excludes weekends and City of Seattle holidays.
