Seattle City Light crews will rebuild the overhead power line to provide increased capacity. The route is from: 4th Avenue South & South Bradford Street to the east side of 4th Avenue South, northbound to the south side of South Horton Street, eastbound to the west side of 6th Avenue South, then northbound to Royal Brougham Way South.
