|
City Light must remove contaminated soils and debris from a former substation property near 35th Avenue NE and NE 86th. The minor contamination clean up on the property must be done prior to transferring the property to the Seattle Parks Department for future development into a park. Trees currently in contaminated soil must be removed and cannot be replanted, since their root balls would contain contaminated soils. New trees will be planted.
