To improve electrical reliability for the neighborhood, City Light is installing a 5 inch ductbank across Yesler Way at Second Avenue Alley. A ductbank holds electrical cable and runs between utility hole covers and vaults. Its construction involves saw cutting across Yesler Way and excavation of a trench.
11/20/2012: Civil construction is completed. Cable pulling is next step..
