Work planned on: West Seattle LED Streetlight Conversion

Project Overview: Seattle City Light (SCL) plans to install LED streetlights in West Seattle, south of Barton to SCL's southern service boundary, starting in spring 2012.
5/24/2012 Update: The contractor crew is now in West Seattle to do arterial relamping with high pressure sodium lamps. It is anticipated that the LED conversion for residential streets in West Seattle and South Seattle, from Brandon Street to our southern service boundary, will begin in June 2012. Testing of arterial streets is occuring at some locations: Belltown, Mercer Stereet, West Seattle Bridge.
