Work locations: 1st Ave. NE from NE 95th St. to NE 112th St.; 5th Ave. NE from NE 95th St. to NE 125th St. City Light will rebuild portions of the existing overhead distribution system. All work will be planned so that community impacts are minimal. The purpose of this work is to provide more capacity and redundancy to the system, to accommodate new, additional load to the Northgate area.
