The underground electrical system will be converted from 4 KV - 26 KV. At NE 41st St to NE 38th St and 45th Ave NE to 48th Ave NE.
This is section 5 of a 9 section project. Seattle City Light has already completed section 1,2,3,4 and 6. The project is limited to the underground distribution system and improve reliability to the system as well as capacity.
Seattle City Light has hired Gary Merlino Construction to do the civil construction for this project. The street will be cut in several locations and new vaults and conduits will be installed.
