The City of Seattle, Seattle City Light Department ("SCL"), seeks to engage a consultant to provide consulting services to review, analyze, and recommend pay levels for Phase 2 Director and Manager positions (Component A), and design and execute a selection process to hire Phase 2 Director and Managers (Component B).

Background
In January 2005, City Light launched Phase 2 of City Light's transformation into a high-performance organization dedicated to employee growth, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Phase 1 focused on City Lights Executive Team and senior management and streamlined City Light into four business units - Power Supply, Customer Service, Human Services and Finance - plus the Superintendent's Office.
