City Light Rate Adjustment
Effective January 1, 2011


The Seattle City Council, by ordinance 123479, adopted November 22, 2010, approved a 4.3 percent increase in City Light’s rates, effective January 1, 2011. This is an across-the-board rate increase applied to each element of each rate schedule; therefore, all rate classes will receive the same increase. The duct, vault and pole rental rates are increased based on cost of service.
