| Julie is the Manager of City Light’s CIS system used both as a resource by our customer service representatives in the Call Center and to calculate and print most of our utility bills. Making changes to this system is difficult and two major adjustments occurred in 1999, y2k upgrades and programming the utility’s new rate structure. Julie and her staff did an excellent job in meeting these challenges and preparing the CIS system in record time for the year 2000. |
