| Before, during, and still continuing…, Doreen has consistently utilized her institutional knowledge of the City’s financial systems and data processing to identify and creatively address the complex financial system needs for SCL. As the “behind the scene” project manager for Summit, Doreen has supplied critical expertise and assistance in coordinating interfaces with subsystems, in data conversions, and technical environment coordination with the Summit Project. She rolls up her sleeves, takes pride in her work, and consistently provides excellent and energetic customer service. Doreen is one of those “techies” able to bridge the gap between the technical side and functional side. |
