| John exemplifies all the Customer Service qualities the Utility should value and recognize. He is courteous, friendly, cooperative, empathic, and helpful to every customer, internal or external. In addition, he adds his personal commitment and willingness to pursue creative alternatives, so his customers’ service installations are completed on time and with in budget. John must ensure the cooperation of others and proactively manage his business relationships in order to provide his extraordinary level of service. This he does continually and consistently.
