| Carrie is the principle staff person responsible for implementing and operating the Conservation Tracking System designed to automate projects tracking information. Carrie’s work on this system has been instrumental in providing field staff in the Community Conservation Section of Energy Management Services with an automated program database that have been utilized more extensively and effectively than previous manual tracking systems. In addition, she provided ongoing training to the field staff and coordinated issues and resolution to system problems. "Carrie's customer service is consistently exceptional" and her persuasiveness, positive communication skills, and perseverance have led to the staff's acceptance and use of the Tracking System. Last summer, Carrie also took on the challenge of supervising a Summer Youth Employment student. She took the time to ensure that the student was fully employed and doing meaningful work. That section won an award for outstanding Summer Youth Employment Program worksite. These examples attest to Carrie's outstanding customer service, communication, and motivational skills. |
