| John brings a tremendous amount of dedication and commitment to his work and to his customers. He recognized the opportunity to serve the low income group of customers and put his energy into the development and implementation of the Affordable Built Smart Program which offers incentives for energy efficient measures in Low Income Multifamily new construction and rehab projects. Non profit low-income housing agencies have very limited budgets and staff. John provided upfront technical assistance to these agencies. His unique technical skills and experience made him successful in meeting the challenges of creating cost-effective proposals that meet both the requirements of SCL and the low income housing agencies. Through John's efforts, SCL not only has a successful program, but also is meeting the Mayor's initiative to promote affordable housing in the Seattle community. |
