This team made training fun! To introduce the new Human Resources Supervisors Handbook, these three pooled their talents and creativity to design an innovative training that won rave reviews. They took a difficult, dry subject and made it entertaining while still getting the message across. The team also established itself as a resource for managers. Telephone calls for help with performance management are rolling in as City Light benefits from the cooperative, creative efforts that set the bar quite a bit higher for effective training.
