When the decision was made to retire the Appliance Service Dept. this team stepped in and volunteered their innovation and creativity to not only design a curriculum but teach the classroom training and help create the final exam for the JAM (Journeylevel Assigned Meter) program. With this teams hard work and dedication the Appliance Service Electricians have been transitioned into Full Meter Electricians and working productively in the field.
