Purpose

Welcome - Bienvenidos! The purpose of the Latino City Employees organization is to encourage professional excellence, provide resources and to advocate the objectives of Latino City Employees.

Objectives

• Increase Latino participation in City Government
• Promote education and outreach within the Latino Community
• Promote cultural awareness and diversity
• Improve access to promotional opportunities for Latinos in City government
• Promote professional and educational training in City Government among Latino City employees
• Represent the interest of the Latino City employees and provide a voice on City issues
• Encourage leadership opportunities by sharing information, experience and knowledge among Latino City employees
