Independent IT Project Quality Assurance Services for Next Generation Data Center Project Phase Two: Detail Design through Relocation Implementation
RESPONSE DUE DATE: Tuesday, November 12, 2013, 2:00PM PT
The City of Seattle through its Department of Information Technology is proceeding to Phase Two of its Generation Data Center Project - a multi-phase, multi-year project, to consolidate and relocate the City's data centers.
For this Phase Two of the Project, the City seeks proposals from qualified consultants to provide Independent IT Project Quality Assurance Services over a twenty-five month period.
A qualified consultant is one who is approved as a Consultant on the City's Consultant Roster Category 82 - Project Oversight Services prior to the proposal due date. To apply for the Consultant Roster Category 82, see: http://www.seattle.gov/contracting/consultantroster.htm

RFP Section 11.1 is corrected to state:
11.1 Binding and Number of Copies: The Proposer must submit six hardcopy sets of all proposal documents; one set clearly marked original and five ((
six)) sets clearly marked copy. The original and copies shall be in 3-ring binders.

- Question: May we update our Category 82 information on the City's Consultants Roster?

- Question: Will the City be willing to consider extending the time for proposal submittal by one week?
Answer: No. Written proposals are due to the City on November 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Please see RFP Section 11.3 for delivery information.
