Resources for Older AdultsOlder adults in Seattle-King County can get information about a wide range of services and programs by contacting:
Professional advocates will either direct callers to the appropriate agency or contact the agency on a caller’s behalf. Advocates can follow up to make sure that callers have received the help they need.
Senior CentersMost senior centers are for anyone age 50 or older. Most centers provide opportunities for fitness, volunteerism, lifelong learning, transportation, and healthy meals.
