and meet the eligibility requirements
and income guidelines for the
Utility Discount Program for Seniors,
print a paper copy and complete the
application form for Seniors.

If you are under age 65
and meet the eligibility requirements
and income guidelines for the
Utility Discount Program for Low-Income Households,
print a paper copy and complete the
application form for Low-Income Households.
