Covered services include:

  • Confidential applications and services for anyone over the age of 13
  • Annual examinations
  • Family planning education and sexually transmitted disease prevention
  • FDA-approved contraceptive methods, including birth control pills, IUDs and emergency contraception
  • Over-the-counter products such as condoms, contraceptive creams or foams
  • Sterilization procedures including vasectomies and tubal ligations
  • Termination of pregnancy (with counseling)

To be eligible, individuals must:

  • Have U.S. citizenship or five years of legal residency
  • Be over the age of 13
  • Have a family income at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level
