Community Development Block Grant Programs

Office of Housing Programs

Seattle’s Office of Housing implements Consolidated Plan strategies to promote affordable long-term housing and implement the Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness in King County. Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership funds are used to:

  • provide home rehabilitation and home repair loans for low- and moderate-income homeowners;
  • fund homebuyer assistance programs; and
  • provide capital loans for the preservation and development of affordable rental housing.

For more information, visit the Office of Housing Web site.
