2005 - 2008 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development

2008 Update

The 2008 Update to the 2005 - 2008 Consolidated Plan identifies changes in homelessness and affordable housing data that occurred since the original Plan was developed.

The 2008 report provides information about funding allocations for calendar year 2007 from the CDBG, HOPWA, ESG, and HOME programs. In addition, new neighborhood notification guidelines for social services organizations that are developing “new or materially expanding existing facilities” are proposed.

For questions about the update please contact Community Development Block Grant Program Administrator, Michael Look, (206) 615-1717.
