2009 - 2012 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development

2013 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The 2013 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) describes the results and benefits produced by the City, Seattle Housing Authority and our community partners in implementing the expenditure of over $16.2 million dollars in grant funds.

The CAPER focuses on annual accomplishments for the prior year (2013) primarily on CDBG funds but includes information on other programs such as the Emergency Solutions Grant, and federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds. All fund sources contribute to programs, services and housing development that strengthen Seattle neighborhoods and support low and moderate income people who live in our communities.

If you have questions regarding the CAPER or other CDBG matters please contact Michael Look, Community Development Block Grant Program Administrator, P.O. Box 34215, Seattle, WA 98124-4215 or via e-mail. To receive paper or electronic copies of the report, please call 206-684-0288.
