The 2013 Annual Action Plan reflects anticipated program and funding activity for the coming year based on the prior year's experience under the 2009-2012 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development (now extended to cover 2013).

Submittal of a yearly annual action plan to the Consolidated Plan is a federal requirement to receive funds. Please note that the format for the 2013 Annual Action Plan is significantly different that for past years. This is due to a change in HUD’s required template for online submission of all Consolidated Plan related reporting documents beginning in September 2012. The document linked here reflects the new report format.
