Regional Programs and Companies

  • South Lake Union Streetcar - The streetcar connects one of Seattle’s fastest growing neighborhoods with Westlake, our retail core and a regional transportation hub.
  • RapidRide - SDOT is making signal and road investments on the Ballard, West Seattle and Aurora corridors to support bus rapid service.
  • Sound Transit Link Light Rail - Light rail operates from Downtown Seattle to Sea-Tac Airport and an extension to the University of Washington and ultimately Northgate is being built.
  • In Motion - Save money, be part of the transportation solution and reduce stress! Help our City reduce one million miles of car trips.
  • TransmitMan, a Heroic Commuter - artist Christian French transforms into a rogue superhero and commuter while artist-in-residence at Sound Transit
