The goal of Enhanced Design is to encourage a written commitment that carries through the project objectives from start to finish.

Enhanced design:

  • Incorporates sustainability up-front
  • Uses an integrated and total systems approach to the development process
  • Ensures aesthetics and livability
  • Educates and informs throughout the life cycle of the building (from pre-design through to closeout).
