All materials submitted for the purpose of certifications of consistency with Seattle’s current Consolidated Plan, as updated annually, must be received at least 30 days prior to the date when such certifications are needed by the applicant.

Please refer to the full Consolidated Plan, including Housing Policies. The consistency checklist for rental proposals and boilerplate letter of request for homeownership proposals are below.

Please submit requests by email to housing@seattle.gov. As an alternative, documentation may be delivered to Todd Burley, Office of Housing at either P.O. Box 94725, Seattle, WA 98124-4725 (via U.S. Postal Service) or 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 5700 (via hand delivery).

Additional information for applications for OH funding
OH is requesting that applicants for OH funding provide supplemental information about their draft Community Relations Plans, to be submitted with the request for consistency with the Consolidated Plan. Both the request for consistency certification and the draft Community Relations Plan should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the NOFA application deadline. OH will review the draft Plan and make recommendations to the Applicant in time for the final proposed Community Relations Plan to be submitted with the funding application.

Please direct questions about consistency certifications to Todd Burley.
