This application is for agencies seeking to assume ownership of
existing Seattle Office of Housing funded affordable housing projects.
- Owners seeking approval of a transfer of ownership must notify the Office of Housing. Contact Dan Foley at (206) 684-0585.
Applicants seeking to assume ownership of an OH-funded project
must complete a Transfer of Ownership application and submit it to:

- Applicants seeking to assume ownership and request additional funding will be required
to submit more detailed information and will generally be required
to submit funding requests as part of the regular OH Notice of Funding
Availability (NOFA) schedule.
Applicants interested in applying through the NOFA must contact Laurie Olson at 615-0995 or Dan Foley at 684-0585 to schedule a pre-application
meeting before OH will accept application.
