Bonus Housing
The 2013 Income and Rent limits go into effect as of January 1, 2013. Please note, the 2013 limits are lower than what was published in 2012. For existing leases, property managers may continue to honor rent levels appearing in existing leases. However, at the time of lease renewal, all renewal contracts must reflect the appropriate 2013 rent limits. The new 2013 income and rent limits should be apply to any new leases signed in 2013. |
