The 2014 Income and Rent limits go into effect as of January 1, 2014.

For existing leases, property managers may continue to honor rent levels appearing in existing leases.  However, at the time of lease renewal, all renewal contracts must reflect the appropriate 2014 rent limits.  The new 2014 income and rent limits should be apply to any new leases signed in 2014.
