Notice of Funding Availability

Currently up to $775,000 in Bridge Loan funds is available through this announcement for short term financing to support the development of affordable multifamily rental and/or homeownership housing. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through 2013. OH reserves the right to periodically make modifications to this offering. See the announcement for further information.

NOTE: Acquisition & Opportunity Loan Funds are currently unavailable through this NOFA. OH will update this announcement as funding availability changes.
