The Friends of Hitt’s Hill is an all-volunteer group that formed in 1998. Our mission is to provide necessary stewardship for Hitt’s Hill Park by advocating, raising funds and getting our hands dirty. We unite neighbors to care for the park. Our goal is to create a healthy, sustainable forest that will provide recreation and educational opportunities for Rainier Valley residents and the public at large. We envision a space of peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life. |
