Information for Contractors

Through the Fire Facilities and Emergency Response Levy passed by Seattle voters in 2003, work will be done on 32 neighborhood fire stations in Seattle. The work ranges from seismic upgrades to new buildings. The detailed project schedules are posted on the Status Report page.

2008
Second Quarter
   Fire Station 28 (Rainier Valley): New
   Fire Station 2 (Belltown): Renovation

Third Quarter
   Fire Station 17 (University District): Renovation/Expansion
   Fire Station 37 (W. Seattle): New
   Fire Station 33 (Rainier Beach): Seismic Upgrade
   Fire Station 39 (Lake City): New

Fourth Quarter
   Fire Station 38 (Hawthorne Hills): New
   Fire Station 41 (Magnolia): Renovation/Expansion

2009
First Quarter
   Fire Station 30 (Mt. Baker): New
   Fire Station 35 (Crown Hill): New
