You may be contacted by the Seattle Fire Department Public Education Division if you indicate that you want to schedule a Firefighter visit, if there is a question regarding your registration or a scheduling conflict for the dates you select for the Firefighter visit.

Firefighter Visit Request (Optional)
I. If you do not want to schedule a Firefighter visit skip this section and
     submit this registration below.
II. If you do want to schedule a Firefighter visit, then please choose Option
     A or Option B below and provide the requested information. Only one
     option may be selected)

Option A - We would like to visit and tour a Seattle Fire Station
      Option A Only: Enter the number of the Station you would like to visit
      Note: If you are unsure of the number you wish to tour, please visit the Fire Stations
                page for list of all  Seattle Fire Stations and their street addresses.

Option B - We would like to have a firefighter crew visit our building at
                           the address above and agree to provide a parking area for
                           the fire apparatus.

I understand that although every effort will be made by the Seattle Fire Department to conduct the visit as scheduled, the firefighter visit may be cancelled at the last minute with no notification due to emergency response or firefighter training requirements.

I have read all the Rules and Conditions regarding scheduling a visit
with the firefighters and my registration complies with the rules and
conditions.
